Cherry & Steel Coffee Table

CA$1,200.00

48” x 16” x 17”

This piece was made with blending materials and stark contrast as the objective. Wood, especially cherry, is warm, inviting, and beautiful; it is nature. Steel is strength, darkness, and uniformity. However, when these natural elements are work in tangent they highlight the beauty of each other. I wanted to add just a bit more contrast, so I felt that a small strip of birdseye maple (contrasting both cherry and steel) added a nice geometric flair.
