Frequently Asked Questions

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

Absolutely. Send me a message and let’s collaborate to get what you want.

WHAT DO YOU FINISH YOUR PRODUCTS WITH?

Depends. For custom orders we will decide that together. For my jewelry and food products I use 3+ coats of tung oil. It is 100% natural, 100% waterproof, and really brings out the beauty of the wood without losing the natural wood feel.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

I will need 7 days of processing time before your product will be delivered. After that I will use the shipping method requested.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I will accept returns (unless damaged) but I am not responsible for shipping costs.

DO YOU DO REPAIRS?

Yes. If it was from a fault of my own patch up and repairs are free. If it was damaged any other way I will charge my standard rate along with material costs. I am not responsible for shipping costs.

HOW CAN WE KEEP UP WITH YOUR WORK?

Thankfully we are in the digital age, so you can find me on social media. Links to my social media are at the top and bottom of the site, as well as on the contact page.

HOW SUSTAINABLE ARE THE WOODS YOU USE?

Unfortunately some of the woods I use are endangered. The woods that are endangered come from the box of wood I received, harvested before many of the regulations were in place.

As my more recent work reflects, I’ve been using mostly deadfall that I find on hikes or dead branches I’ve pruned from trees. I am trying to focus more on the beauty in the woods around us, especially in the unsuspecting woody plants that you seldom see used in woodworking.
